Our Process

Raw Material Acquisition
We acquire the required raw materials best suited to the specific application, which are then cut and punched to size.

Welding & Spot Welding
Materials are then welded, or spot welded, together to form the product structure.

Grinding
The products are then grinded down to resemble a polished product, that is then prepped for the next step.

Washing & Degreasing
All mild-steel products are thoroughly washed, de-greased and prepped for powder coating.

Finishing
All mild steel products are powder coated according to the client’s colour specifications, while stainless steel products are polished. Once products are finished according to our client’s specifications, they are assembled and wrapped for delivery.
