Our powder coating process:
- Mild steel products are degreased with specially formulated chemicals to prepare the products for powder coating
- The product is left to dry completely
- Products are then rigged and prepared for being coated with powder
- The powder is drawn to the product with a magnetic field
- The coated products then pass through the oven at approximately 200 degrees Celsius for approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on each product
- Lastly, the products come out of the oven and are cooled off, wrapped and ready to go
